POLICIES MUST READ BEFORE BOOKING: ~13+ only ~Must schedule 48 hours in advance (allow 24-48 hour response time) ~Color appointments require 72 hour advance consultation ~House Calls only available for returning clients and adults (children services are salon only). No house calls for first time clients! ~House/set calls are subject to a price increase within 25 miles from the salon, and a higher increase outside of 25 miles. ~Cash or Zelle only will be accepted for the remaining balance. ~15 minute grace period if running late (one minute after 15 will result in late fee and possible cancellation) ~Please call/text when rescheduling or cancelling appointments (late cancellations of 24 hours or less may result in a cancellation fee) ~No changes will be made to the style within 24 hours of the appointment time. ~Must communicate if unhappy with style BEFORE walking out of the salon. ~BY COMPLETING YOUR BOOKING, YOU AGREE TO THESE POLICIES IN FULL (ask for a copy of the full waiver/liability release form for a hard copy of these policies in full). ~BY COMPLETING YOUR BOOKING YOU AGREE TO REFRAIN FROM SLANDERING OR LIBELING THE HAIR BY KHAM BRAND ON ANY PLATFORM, INCLUDING SOCIAL MEDIA. ~HAIR BY KHAM HAS THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

Cancellation Policy

-$25 deposits are required at booking for most services. -Consultations are paid in full at booking. -For appointments that the deposit is not paid, I charge a 20% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
